Tax Credit Closing Deadline Extended
(June 30) The Senate passed the bill extending eligible closings to Sept. 30, so buyers who were in contract by April 30 can get the tax credit.
Flood Insurance Program Renewed
(June 30) The Senate extended the NFIP until Sept. 30, enabling transactions to move forward. The renewal is retroactive from June 1.
