RESPA Realities Webcast Seminar
DOs and DON’Ts of Complying with RESPA


On September 22, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. ET, NAR hosted an hour-long webcast seminar featuring Phil Schulman, Esq., a nationally recognized expert on real estate settlements, and Michael Thiel, NAR associate counsel to answer questions about what real estate professionals can and cannot do under the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).

An archive of the webcast is available free for 45 days after air date for REALTORS® and state and local association representatives.

To fully benefit from the webcast experience, it is best viewed with Netscape Navigator 4.7 or Internet Explorer version 5 or higher. A minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600 pixels is required.
