Tell us what made the property so uniqye, and what savvy marketing techniques or brilliant prospecting strategies you used to the listing sold.

A selected number of success stories will be featured in REALTOR® Magazine Online's series "How I Sold It." To be featured in the column, you must be able to supply at least one photo of the property.
