Three Strategies to Grow Your Blog Audience
Real estate professionals who have launched blogs need to take steps to build an audience.
They should focus on their local markets with regard to content and links, making sure every general article includes something about the local market. For instance, posts about national housing trends should include a comparison to local data.
Agents also should develop a blogging routine, spending a certain amount of time every day writing. If they take note of ideas for content as they arise, they will have a starting point when they sit down to write.
Finally, it is recommended to target readers who are not yet looking to buy. Rather than focus solely on buying and selling homes, agent bloggers should cover such topics as home improvement and community events as a way to build a wider audience.
