Best iPhone Apps for Mobile Practitioners
Joseph Ferrara, a real estate attorney and partner in theclozing.com, listed 15 phone apps that make a real estate practitioner’s life easier and more profitable.
Here are some of Ferrara’s top choices:
- Vlingo: Using voice commands, you can call anyone in your phone book, send tweets to Twitter, and update Facebook. Good for networking while driving.
- Home Tracker: This app tracks property information and lets you rate condition and appeal, and star favorites. The summary can be e-mailed with photos to a client.
- Smarter Agent Homes for Sale: This finds homes for sale in defined areas in 300 markets, maps properties, and provides directions. It also connects you to the listing agent.
- Sketches: Use this to sketch a diagram or take a note using your fingers. Good for marking up a floor plan and sending it to a client.
- PC2Me: This app allows you to retrieve files from your office computer. It’s helpful when you need to grab a contract.
