Poll Finds 'Half-Full' Housing Outlook
A new survey of potential home buyers and sellers reveals that 68 percent of respondents believe the housing market and property values will pick up in the next year or two.
Just released by Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, the poll also shows that 86 percent of Americans agree real estate is a good investment despite volatility in recent years; the finding suggests that some buyers may be more optimistic while sellers are wary.
Nonetheless, Prudential reports that 78 percent of those who sold homes in the last year were satisfied.
