Change Mailing Address

If you are a member of NAR, you can easily change your mailing address by updating your NRDS membership record online. You will need to log in to your REALTOR.org account, or create one if you do not already have one. Also, make sure that your local REALTOR® Association has your most updated information. This is very important, as the local association feeds key member contact information to the state and national associations.

If you need assistance, NAR's Information Central can help you at 800/874-6500.

If you've changed your address online and with your local REALTOR® association, but your magazine is still going to the wrong address, it is most likely a timing issue. REALTOR® Magazine updates its mailing list once a month, approximately three to four weeks prior to the actual mailing date. REALTOR® Magazine is typically mailed during the third week of the month.

Order Paid Subscription to REALTOR® Magazine

All members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® receive REALTOR® Magazine automatically as a member benefit. However, if you are not a member, you can subscribe to REALTOR® Magazine by calling NAR's Information Central hotline at 800/874-6500 or by filling out an online subscription form. (Nonmember subscriptions: U.S., $56; Canada, $83; international, $103.)

Obtain Reprint Permission

You are allowed to reprint content from REALTOR® Magazine or REALTOR® Magazine Online for your personal use, as long as the content was indeed produced by REALTOR® Magazine or REALTOR® Magazine Online. Commercial use of the content is not permitted. To reprint an article, follow these three steps:

1. Determine if the content you want to reprint is copyrighted by REALTOR® Magazine.

Look at the source line at the top or bottom of the article. If the source line says NAR, REALTOR® Magazine, or REALTOR® Magazine Online, you have the right to reprint that article provided you use the reprint language below and follow the guidelines set forth here. We do not hold the copyright if the article containts a sourceline from a different magazine or newspaper, or a tagline at the end that reads: © Copyright 2006 Information Inc.

2. Include the appropriate reprint language.

You must credit the author, indicate the original date of publication in REALTOR® Magazine or REALTOR® Magazine Online, and include the appropriate reprint permission language. Content reproduced from REALTOR® Magazine or REALTOR® Magazine Online must be reproduced in its entirety and may not be edited. When reprinting copyrighted content, you must include this reprint permission language at the end of the article. If the content will be reprinted on your Web site or blog, you must include a link to REALTOR® Magazine Online (http://www.realtor.org/realtormag).

3. Send us an e-mail informing us of your intention to reprint content.

Contact editorial assistant Wilma Gonzalez. In your e-mail, include your name, company name, the article or column to be reprinted, how the reprint will be used (for example, you plan to post the story on your Web site, include in your newsletter, or pass out to clients), and the name of the publication in which the reprint will appear. The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® makes its membership list available to selected direct mail advertisers who meet stringent criteria established by NAR's Board of Directors.
