Who Can Join?

REALTORS® Federal Credit Union is partnered with the National Association of REALTORS® and our membership eligibility reflects this common bond. Our field of membership includes:

  • REALTORS®
  • REALTOR-ASSOCIATES®
  • National Association of REALTORS® Board
  • National Association of REALTORS® individual voting members who qualify for membership in accordance with the constitution and bylaws in effect on September 4, 2007; (11/14/08)
  • National Association of REALTORS® Employees, Member Boards, Institutes, Societies and Councils, Member Board Employees, Institute Employees, Societies and Councils Employees
  • Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union
  • REALTORS® Federal Credit Union Employees
  • Members of the immediate family or household of qualified credit union members
  • Volunteers for member organizations
  • Organizations of persons within our field of membership 

When Does Eligibility Begin?

You can become a member of REALTORS® Federal Credit Union as early as your first day of membership or relevant affiliation with the National Association of REALTORS® or any time afterward. Once you are eligible and have submitted a membership application, your purchase of a $100 share gives you full membership access to all of the products and services REALTORS® Federal Credit Union has to offer. Membership is not open to the following:
• Employees of REALTOR®-owned businesses
• Customers of REALTORS® — such as homebuyers
