Robert Kulick, Vice President & Liaison to Government Affairs

Robert Kulick, a REALTOR® from Campbell, Calif., is 2008 Vice President and Liaison to Government Affairs for the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. NAR, The Voice for Real Estate®, is America’s largest trade association, representing 1.3 million REALTORS® involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.
Kulick, a REALTOR® for 36 years, is owner of Nova Investment Realty Inc. in Campbell, specializing in commercial brokerage. He holds the professional designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI). He also is a member of the CCIM Institute.
At the national level, Kulick has served on NAR’s Board of Directors since 1986. He chaired the Public Policy Coordinating Committee in 1996, and the Housing and Community Development Committee in 1994. Other committee service includes Executive, Issues Mobilization, Strategic Planning, State and Municipal Coordinating, State and Municipal Legislation, and Political Affairs/Political Strategy. He was 2005 Regional Vice President for Region XIII, which includes California and Hawaii, as well as Guam
In 1997, Kulick was president of the California Association of REALTORS®; he has served on its Board of Directors since 1980. He chaired the Budget & Finance Committee in 1994; he has also served on the Executive and the Strategic Planning committees. He was named “REALTOR® of the Year” by his state peers in 1997.
At the local level, Kulick was president of the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® in 1984. He was named “REALTOR® of the Year” by his local peers in 1983.
Kulick serves as Chairman of the Board of Real Estate Business Technology, LLC, and is on the board of Real Estate Business Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the California Association of REALTORS®. Active in the community as well, he has been involved as a volunteer in youth programs.
Kulick resides in Monte Sereno, Calif., with his wife, Marilyn.
