GEORGIA, KENTUCKY REALTORS® LOCK UP DEALS WITH SENTRILOCK
CHICAGO (January 04, 2005) – Proving you don’t have to be big to be a leader, the Southeast Georgia and Somerset-Lake Cumberland Kentucky Boards of REALTORS® became the first in their respective states to contract with SentriLock for REALTOR™ Lockboxes.
The Southeast Georgia BOR has nearly 100 members and affiliates and Somerset-Lake Cumberland, Kentucky has nearly 200. Neither group had a consistent lockbox platform across its membership.
“We knew we wanted a smart box, something with advanced tracking and reporting capabilities,” said George T. Fesperman III, president, Southeast Georgia BOR. “A REALTORS®’s role comes down to accountability – to the seller and to each other. SentriLock offered a dynamic program that is completely flexible to the individual REALTORS®’s needs. We’re really pleased with the system.”
“Our members cover a four county region – that’s a lot of drive time when they had to go from one listing to the next, unlocking the residences for another REALTORS®’s showing,” said Tracy Moeller Cary, Association Executive, Somerset-Lake Cumberland, Kentucky BOR. “But more than just convenience, we saw the SentriLock REALTOR™ Lockbox as something that would benefit our clients because of its data gathering properties.”
