TWO OF NAR'S LARGEST LOCAL ASSOCIATIONS
SMOOTHLY CONVERT TO SENTRILOCK REALTOR(TM) LOCKBOXES

CHICAGO (February 28, 2005) - The Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® and the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®, two of NAR's largest local REALTOR® Associations, have successfully converted to SentriLock, LLC as their provider of REALTOR(TM) Lockboxes for their members. Both Associations completed their installations of the new, easy-to-use REALTOR(TM) Lockboxes in January. This follows extensive research both Associations conducted separately which determined the best lockbox solution for their members and clients.

"Our lockbox conversion went quite smoothly, from member registration to training. When our members left our conversion event, they were trained, had their lockbox and smart card and were ready to do business," said Dawn McClanahan, Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® Member Services Manager. The Metropolitan Indianapolis conversion had approximately 45 people working its four-day conversion which had three training sessions rotating every 20 minutes. "As a volunteer working the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® installation, I gained insight as to what would work best for our size Association. We offered online registration and financial incentives to the Women's Council of REALTORS® and affiliate divisions who provided volunteers to work the conversion," added McClanahan. The Metropolitan Indianapolis purchase of 22,000 REALTOR(TM) Lockboxes is the largest SentriLock purchase to date.

With the purchase of 14,000 REALTOR(TM) Lockboxes, the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® ensured their members left their installation event with already coded new lockboxes. "We hired temporary help to code the new lockboxes for our members while they were being trained," said Sue Stenson-Turner, Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® President. "The combination of saving our REALTORS® time and communicating the lockbox conversion to our members with plenty of advance notice and a wide variety of times for members to participate in the event, made for a very successful installation," added Stenson-Turner.

"Indianapolis and Memphis have paved the way for other large-sized REALTOR® Associations considering making the switch to affordable SentriLock REALTOR(TM) Lockboxes," said Scott Fisher, president of SentriLock, LLC. "We're pleased to have both of these Associations on board," added Fisher.
