SENTRICARD(TM) "KEY" TO REALTOR(TM) LOCKBOX EFFECTIVENESS;
PROVIDES ENHANCED SECURITY, DATA OPTIONS

CHICAGO (April 12, 2005) - With the rash of data security breaches in the news, real estate professionals are educating themselves on all aspects of data protection. SentriLock, LLC, the manufacturer of REALTOR(TM) Lockboxes, has taken a leadership position in ensuring data security - from personal information to real estate information. The company's SentriCard(TM) uses advanced smart card technology to minimize security risk and protect lockbox users.

Credit cards and electronic cards often have magnetic strips on the back that can be accidentally or maliciously altered or erased. Smart card security comes from an embedded microprocessor - similar to what operates a computer - that stores and processes data. This includes authentication systems that prevent unauthorized use and control physical access to a secure location.

REALTOR(TM) Lockboxes use SentriCard smart cards that rely on two-factor authentication, the SentriCard itself and the agent's PIN code, dramatically enhancing the strength of the security system.

SentriCards offer agents additional functionality including access tracking and audit. Agents can retrieve data on the last 70 times the lockbox was accessed, including names of visiting agents, and date and time of access. Stored or transferred data is encrypted, as a further security measure.

SentriLock is also keeping its clients ahead of the technology curve.

"Our SentriCards have the potential to be integrated into the authentication process for other applications used by REALTORS®," said Scott Fisher, president, SentriLock, LLC. Every Association has its priorities, and we talk with each client about their specific needs."
