CHICAGO (October 5, 2004) – REALTORS® along California’s Central Coast recently installed 4,000 SentriLock REALTOR™ Lockboxes, and they are putting the new technology to the test.

“Our members will have the capability to review new data on a daily basis to track how showings are going and report back to their clients,” said Richard Watkins, member of the Central Coast Lockbox User’s Group. “Who would tell a client that data that is a month old or even a week old is good? We’ll be able to tell them what’s happening now.”

The Central Coast group is comprised of 2,700 REALTORS® from six neighboring associations located along California’s Central Coast, a scenic and largely residential area that stretches from parts of Santa Barbara County north to San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles.

“The Central Coast Lockbox User’s Group has taken a leadership role here, and is really a model for maximizing the sophisticated showing management tools and reporting capabilities of the REALTOR™ Lockbox,” said Scott Fisher, president of SentriLock, LLC.

“Apart from the technology and the advanced security of the system, we also appreciated SentriLock’s nationwide price matrix,” said Karin Van Lith, Association Executive. “A group with 1,000 members on the East Coast pays the same as the same size group on the West Coast, or in Texas or anywhere.
