SENTRILOCK REALTORTM LOCKBOXES HAVE REALTORS®TALKING TECH
CHICAGO (December 14, 2004) – Associations are leaving their clunky, outdated, lockbox systems behind and embracing the SentriLock REALTORTM Lockbox. Over 20,000 of the technologically advanced lockbox systems will be in use by year end. And that has REALTORS® talking.
“We made a dramatic change, going from a mechanical system to the REALTORTM Lockbox,” said Howard Belden, 2004 president of the Yosemite Gateway Association of REALTORS® which installed REALTORTM Lockboxes in July. “There’s always a holdout or two when you try something new, but I’ve heard only good things and agents are really receptive to this technology. It’s easy to use, all the logical functions are there, and you can do as much or as little as you wish with reporting functions and access codes.”
Providing one-day contractor access codes has proved a time saver for me and my colleagues who use the unique access control options of the system, said Belden.
“My husband and son are in business with me and the REALTORTM Lockbox system is really working out for us,” said Patti Fairbanks, also a member of the Yosemite Gateway Association of REALTORS®. “It’s nice to have reporting features to read back showing activity -- that just wasn’t an option with the old system.”
The technology behind the REALTORTM Lockbox represents time management and productivity enhancements for the agents and brokers who use the system, with bottom line impact. In a survey released earlier this year by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, real estate firms reported that technology investments have translated into greater profitability.
