AMERICAN HOME SHIELD MAKES $50 OFFER TO ONE MILLION REALTORS®
CHICAGO (April 20, 2004) – American Home Shield, a wholly owned subsidiary of the ServiceMaster Company and a REALTOR VIP® Alliance Program partner of the National Association of Realtors , is offering each NAR member one free $50 ServiceMaster Savings Certificate to be used towards home services at various ServiceMaster companies (not available in NH, OH or VA until regulatory approval is secured).
The $50 ServiceMaster Savings Certificate can be redeemed for services at the following companies: AmeriSpec, American Residential Services, Furniture Medic, Merry Maids, Rescue Rooter, ServiceMaster Clean, Terminix and TruGreen ChemLawn.
“The $50 ServiceMaster Savings Certificate is a great benefit from AHS. REALTORS® can receive up to $50 worth of home services just for being a member of NAR-that’s almost equal to one full year of NAR dues” said Bob Goldberg, NAR senior vice president of marketing and business development, and head of the REALTOR VIP® program.
“The program worked so well for homeowners in the last year, that we wanted to expand the value proposition to include our REALTOR® clients nationwide,” said Dave Crawford, Sr. Vice President of American Home Shield.
As part of a special limited-time offer to REALTORS®, the $50 ServiceMaster Savings Certificate can be redeemed April 21 through December 31, 2004. To take advantage of this offer, Realtors® should visit www.ahswarranty.com/nar. One certificate per person, specific rules apply.
