New REALTOR® Platinum Visa® Cardmembers Receive $64 Credit From the REALTOR VIP® Program and REALTOR VIP® Partner Bank One
CHICAGO (April 20, 2004) – The National Association of Realtors® REALTOR VIP® Alliance Program and REALTOR VIP® Program partner, Bank One, today announced that they are giving new REALTOR® Platinum Visa® cardmembers a $64 credit on their first statement.
New REALTOR® Platinum Visa® cardmembers who apply for the card via www.bankone.com/realtor or 866-VISA-NAR and are approved will receive an automatic $64 credit on their statement after their first card purchase.
Bob Goldberg, NAR senior vice president of marketing and business development and head of the REALTOR VIP® program, said, “NAR is pleased to extend such an unprecedented offering to its members. The $64 credit, which is equivalent to one full year of NAR membership dues, gives members who take advantage of the offer a tangible benefit and a clear representation of the value that the REALTOR VIP® Program brings to them. It also shows members how large corporations like REALTOR VIP® partner, Bank One, value their relationships with the largest trade association in the world.”
In addition to the $64 automatic credit offer, a new optional Flexible Rewards Program is now available. NAR members can earn points for each dollar spent on purchases and can redeem those points for their choice of travel, cash, merchandise or gift certificates. REALTOR® Platinum Visa® cardmembers can take advantage of the program for a $59 yearly program fee.

Three new card designs are also being introduced. Members can now choose from the REALTOR ‘R’ card, the ‘Sold Sign’ card and the REBAC card.
