| A. Header |
Home page/first page of Web sites or other electronic media must include a bar at the top or bottom of the image area and extend to the full width of the window. This bar must include either the REALTOR® LOGO or the NAR SIGNATURE LOGO. |

| B. Bar Height |
The height of the bar should be no less than 140 pixels, the NAR SIGNATURE LOGO a minimum height of 80 pixels, plus the necessary AREA OF ISOLATION. If only the REALTOR® LOGO is used in the header, the full NAR SIGNATURE LOGO must be used as a footer at the bottom of the page. |

| C. Bar Color |
The bar color is to be Web color #336699.

| D. Bar Variance |
If the blue bar color is distracting or aesthetically undesirable, it may be the same color as the background color. A one point rule should be placed to define the AREA OF SEPARATION. |

| E. Background Color |
The background can be any color or design appropriate to the site content. The REALTOR® LOGO may not be used as an overall background pattern in any form, e.g., tinted patterns, embossing, watermarks, etc. |

F. REALTOR® Logo/NAR Signature
Logo Usage |
The REALTOR® LOGO or the NAR SIGNATURE LOGO should not be used within the content of any page or pages. Their usage is restricted to the header or footer identification bar. |
