Design Guidelines for Web

A. Header Home page/first page of Web sites or other electronic media must include a bar at the top or bottom of the image area and extend to the full width of the window. This bar must include either the REALTOR® LOGO or the NAR SIGNATURE LOGO.

 



B. Bar Height The height of the bar should be no less than 140 pixels, the NAR SIGNATURE LOGO a minimum height of 80 pixels, plus the necessary AREA OF ISOLATION. If only the REALTOR® LOGO is used in the header, the full NAR SIGNATURE LOGO must be used as a footer at the bottom of the page.

 



C. Bar Color The bar color is to be Web color #336699.

 



D. Bar Variance If the blue bar color is distracting or aesthetically undesirable, it may be the same color as the background color. A one point rule should be placed to define the AREA OF SEPARATION.

 



E. Background Color The background can be any color or design appropriate to the site content. The REALTOR® LOGO may not be used as an overall background pattern in any form, e.g., tinted patterns, embossing, watermarks, etc.





F. REALTOR® Logo/NAR Signature
Logo Usage
The REALTOR® LOGO or the NAR SIGNATURE LOGO should not be used within the content of any page or pages. Their usage is restricted to the header or footer identification bar.
