In this special video edition of the NAR President’s Podcast, 2008 NAR President Dick Gaylord sits down with NAR Chief Executive Officer Dale Stinton to discuss the upgrades to Realtor.com.
The enhancements for basic listings, which are free to all members, includes increasing the number of photos from one to four, listing data refreshing multiple times a day, more neighborhood and school information, and home value comparisons.
Showcase listings also get much more, without paying an extra dime. Premium listings include up to 25 photos and those pictures will also be larger. Showcase members can also upload videos and their contact information will be more prominent.
The new Realtor.com is available to be viewed at the current site, and is expected to go live in July. To learn more about the new upgrades, just go to www.TourTheNewRealtor.com.
