 2013 Midyear Legislation Meetings & Trade Expo Registration Opens Registration for the 2013 Midyear Meetings opens February 20, 2013 at 12:00pm CT. All those who were assigned hotel rooms in the Housing Lottery SHOULD NOT register on the first day, but should register at their leisure prior to March 8.

 Application Deadline: REALTOR® Emeritus April 2nd, 2013 is the deadline to complete certification forms for REALTOR Emeritus status, a special honor for REALTOR and REALTOR-Associate members with 40 years of continues membership. Certified REALTOR Emeritus members do not pay dues to the national association and are exempt from the Quadrennial Ethics Training requirement. Applications are on-line at realtor.org and must be filled out by the association. Applicants are approved at the 2013 REALTORS® Conference and Expo held in Washington DC. The dues waiver does not take affect until the following 'dues season'.

 REALTOR® Leadership Program 200/300 Courses (Advance Enrollment Required) The morning session will be Leadership 200: Becoming a Leader
Prepare yourself to assume greater leadership responsibilities within your association! Content is designed to help you develop strategic planning skills, manage risk, participate effectively in meetings, understand staff and volunteer roles, and learn conflict resolution tools. You’ll gain confidence in your role as a leader as you get more involved in association leadership. A trained facilitator leads the class.
The afternoon session will be Leadership 300: Enhancing Leadership Skills
The advanced course of the REALTOR® Leadership Program is for leaders of all kinds–individual leaders, organizational leaders and association leaders–who are interested in advancing their skills. It is led by a trained facilitator and builds on the topics covered in the Leadership 200 course.
