		04/02/2013	Application Deadline: REALTOR® Emeritus April 2nd, 2013 is the deadline to complete certification forms for REALTOR Emeritus status, a special honor for REALTOR and REALTOR-Associate members with 40 years of continues membership. Certified REALTOR Emeritus members do not pay dues to the national association and are exempt from the Quadrennial Ethics Training requirement. Applications are on-line at realtor.org and must be filled out by the association. Applicants are approved at the 2013 REALTORS® Conference and Expo held in Washington DC. The dues waiver does not take affect until the following 'dues season'.
