		05/13/2013	REALTOR® Leadership Program 200/300 Courses (Advance Enrollment Required) The morning session will be Leadership 200: Becoming a Leader Prepare yourself to assume greater leadership responsibilities within your association! Content is designed to help you develop strategic planning skills, manage risk, participate effectively in meetings, understand staff and volunteer roles, and learn conflict resolution tools. You’ll gain confidence in your role as a leader as you get more involved in association leadership. A trained facilitator leads the class. The afternoon session will be Leadership 300: Enhancing Leadership Skills The advanced course of the REALTOR® Leadership Program is for leaders of all kinds–individual leaders, organizational leaders and association leaders–who are interested in advancing their skills. It is led by a trained facilitator and builds on the topics covered in the Leadership 200 course.
