The Old Salts courses were developed for AEs who have been in the REALTORŪ association management business for 10+ years. If you’re a seasoned AE looking to refresh your career, these sessions can give you a boost in several different areas, such as integrity and ethics, technology, and working with the media. They will also teach you some methods for balancing work and home, and how to live a more stress-free life. This is the perfect set of classes for AEs looking to reenergize and rejuvenate their careers, and refocus for the future.

RISK MANAGEMENT (R)
Is your association prepared for the many faces of risk management? Let these courses help prepare you and inspire you to be on the right side of your association’s business efforts. You’ll learn about the different risks to which your association is susceptible, and how you can safeguard against them to protect your members’ – and your association’s – reputation. This track also offers you a special opportunity to learn some tips for generating spirit in the workplace.
