At this time, the Sheraton Boston and the Boston Marriott Copley Place (the AEI contracted hotels) are not available on certain evenings. If, during the registration process, either hotel is unavailable, you may use the following service to assist you in finding hotel rooms for the meeting.

Guest Fees
The 2008 AE Institute guest fee is $190 per guest. You can register your guest(s) when online registration opens on December 3, 2007.
 
Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be made in writing before March 14, 2008. A $25 administration fee will be charged on cancellations received by this date. No refunds after that date.
 
AE Institute Jacket Day
Tuesday, April 1
Show your AE Institute spirit by ordering a commemorative windbreaker. This navy blue zip-up jacket is embroidered with the AE Institute logo on the left chest. Jacket purchases benefit the AE Professional Development Fund, which supports programming for all association executives. (Price $40 if pre-ordered)
