    Airport Transportation
    You will fly into the Logan International Airport. The Sheraton Boston Hotel, the headquarters hotel, is 15 minutes from the airport and the average taxi fare is $28 depending on traffic. Airport shuttle service is also available from the hotel to the airport. Ultimate Shuttle is available by contacting the hotel doorman. Tickets are $13/person and the shuttle runs on the hour, and 30 minutes after the hour. Hours of operation are 6:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. (Monday through Friday) and 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

    Eastern standard time zone.
     
    Temperature
    Boston at the end of March has low temperatures ranging from 31–41 degrees Fahrenheit, and high temperatures ranging from 47–53. Rain is possible and the average monthly rainfall for March is 3.7 inches of rain. As in any location, the weather can change rapidly, so a sweater, jacket, or raincoat is recommended at most times.     Go Amtrak
    Amtrak offers a 10%discount off the lowest available fare to Boston between March 26, 2008 – April 5, 2008. To book your reservation call Amtrak at 800-872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Conventions cannot be booked via Internet. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fares Code X66Q-925 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on Auto Train. Fare is valid on Metroliner and Acela service for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges. There is an Amtrak station .3 miles from the Sheraton Boston Hotel.
     
    Car Rental
    Avis and Budget have been appointed the official car rental companies for the 2008 AEI in Boston from March 22 – April 9. NAR has negotiated special rates for the meeting.
