Named one of RisMedia’s Real Estate Magazine’s “Top 50 Realtors on the Rise,” Fore has recently branched out into the national speaking spotlight. Alexander Chaparro Alex Chaparro is a second generation REALTOR and 16-year veteran of the real estate industry. Dee Copeland Dee Copeland is author of the forthcoming book, Gotcha Guide to Buying or Investing in Real Estate. Copeland educates on topics such as investing, best practices, and mobile technology. She specializes in builder and investor representation in Greater Austin with a focus on infill development, green construction, and turnkey marketing. Shannon Williams King opened TriBella Realty in Austin, Texas, in 2003 based on three pillars for success: Community involvement, education, and client services. Over the last five years, she has been able to lead 15 agents in two offices, Austin and Fort Worth, to successfully close over 500 transactions for more than $100 million in volume, while consistently being one of Austin’s top producers. King has personally closed more than 350 transactions in the eight years she’s been licensed. She was a member of REALTOR® magazine’s 30 under 30 Class of 2005. In 2006, King represented REBAC by speaking at the NAR conference and being a guest on their 2007 CD Buyer’s Issues. In 2007, she was appointed to a two-year term on the NAR Strategic Planning Committee.
James W. Nellis II, ABR®, CRS® is a sales associate with RE/MAX Allegiance in Washington, D.C., and is a managing partner with The Nellis Group. Nellis, a third-generation practitioner, trains all of the practitioners that work for The Nellis Group. He also speaks around the country for Star Power with Howard Brinton and CyberStars with Allen Hainge. Technology and experience continue to aid him in the expansion of his team. Nellis was a member of REALTOR® magazine’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2005.
Kenny Parcell, of RE/MAX Results in Spanish Fork, Utah, received his real estate license while he was in college. A paper he wrote in college about purchasing his first home and why he decided to get his real estate license caught the attention of his professor, who asked him to list her home. By the time the property closed, she already had referred him to two other professors who then referred him to two other professors. By the time he had graduated, he had a solid career in real estate. Fast forward 12 years and more than 900 homes later, Parcell has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and received a RE/MAX Lifetime achievement award. Ian Phipps has been working in his family's real estate firm, Phipps Realty, since he was capable of answering the phone. Since officially obtaining a salesperson's license in 2005, Phipps has worked for City Realty Group in Boston, graduated from Boston College with a degree in Philosophy, and returned to Phipps Realty in Warwick, R.I., where he opened the firm's rental division, and has represented first-time home buyers and all parties involved in leasing.
