Celebrate Fair Housing Month

The 1968 Fair Housing Act prohibited housing discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or handicap. Every April, REALTORS® celebrate Fair Housing Month to reaffirm their continuing commitment to fair and equitable treatment and a professional level of service for all in their search for real property.

Display the Fair Housing FOCUS Poster

This year, Fair Housing Month coincides with NAR's Code of Ethics Centennial. The 2013 Fair Housing Month poster reflects on 100 years of ethical guidelines and fair housing practices.

Print it out and display it in your office and/or association to participate in Fair Housing Month. You can also hand out copies of the 2013 Fair Housing FOCUS publication.
