DOE Releases Home Energy Efficiency Report

The Department of Energy recently released a report that highlights how residential energy efficiency programs can help make a home's energy efficiency enhancements more visible to buyers, real estate agents, lenders and appraisers.

Prepared by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the white paper provides examples of programs across the U.S. that are successfully overcoming barriers to valuing energy efficiency in the home resale process.
