Study the Mexican Real Estate Market, Network, Play Golf and Have Time in the Sun

¡VIVA México! an investment, resort and second-home forum that will take place in Los Cabos, Mexico, June 7-9, 2013. It will also have a golf component. A tournament for REALTORS® will be held at the prestigious Querencia club. It is ranked # 2 in the Caribbean. A cocktail reception will be held at the Diamante Club. A new Tiger Woods course is under construction at the site. Los Cabos has become known as the golf capital of Mexico.

This event will be followed by a CIPS Institute. Meet with real estate professionals and authorities on investing safely in Mexico, and for knowledge exchange and networking. Industry leaders from both sides of the border will address topics including:

• Why Mexico?
• How to invest in Latin America's most dynamic and strong economy
• How to do referrals with members of The Mexican Association of Realtors (AMPI)

You can also plan for a longer stay and earn your Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation at the CIPS Institute that will be held after the forum.
