Realtor.com®’s humorous new ad incorporates messaging about the value of a REALTOR®. In it, a slightly frazzled mom talks about the importance of accuracy to her family; that’s why they used a REALTOR® and realtor.com to find their house.
The ad is part of a coordinated branding effort between NAR’s Consumer Advertising Campaign and realtor.com, highlighting the value the website and REALTORS® brings to people buying, selling, or investing in a home. The goal of this collaboration is to combine the influence of NAR and realtor.com to reach a broader audience.
NAR recently launched its Real People campaign to explain to consumers why REALTORS®, now more than ever before, are essential to helping consumers realize their real estate dreams. As most people begin their home search online, serious buyers need access to the most accurate, up-to-date information. Realtor.com® is the most accurate online real estate portal, and REALTORS® have the local market insights and experience necessary for success.
The realtor.com® ad, titled “Mom,” is part of the portal’s “Accuracy Matters” campaign and will be running on top cable networks such as HGTV, USA, TBS, DIY, and TLC. “Mom” is a follow-up to realtor.com®’s popular “Doghouse Architecture” spot, released in the spring. Share the ad on your social channels using the #accuracymatters hashtag and YouTube link.
