Information Central can answer all your questions
Information Central Information Central provides a single point of contact for members, boards, affiliates, staff, government agencies, academic communities, consumers, and other interested individuals who need to communicate with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Information Central is a dynamic resource of NAR offering a variety of services including: A state-of-the-art call center, which averages over 10+ years experience in the industry per staff member; one of the world's oldest and largest real estate research libraries, which is staffed with six full-time librarians; the Virtual Library at www.realtor.org; the Association's historical archives; membership services for America's largest trade association, including legislative, statistical and media information; Social Media presence and project support.
Information Central's Virtual Library is an on-demand information, technology, and business resource available to you through realtor.org. The Virtual Library provides a wealth of specialty pages such as videos, podcasts, and blogs on top issues as well as interesting archival information, technology and trends affecting the real estate industry, most of which are available as an RSS feed. The on-line library also allows REALTORS® and Associations access to full-text articles from over 1,700 journals, including the Wall Street Journal, through the ProQuest® database at no charge. Our popular and expanding eBook service includes free online access to over 3,000 digital titles, where you can now download digital text and audio books to your computer, PDA, and other hand-held devices, including iPods. The Virtual Library also features more than 170 Field Guides, which are "one-stop" pre-researched resource packages of information of interest to REALTORS® ranging from hot topics of the day to Association management.
"Live" services are provided from 8 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (CST) Monday - Friday via Information Central's toll-free telephone line, 800-874-6500, email, (infocentral@realtors.org), Skype, (narinfocentral), and web chats at the Association's web site, www.realtor.org. We also are present on Social Media platforms such as Facebook, (narinfocentral), and Twitter, (infocentralnar and askNAR). Service is available 24/7 through Information Central's Virtual Library portal on www.realtor.org.
