Core Membership Data Needed for Entry into NRDS
Current NRDS Core Fields
The following fields are required in a Member record in NRDS and are used by all three levels of the organization for administering the core functions of membership.
Unless otherwise noted, only the primary POE can change these fields.
Member First Name
Member Last Name
Member Type (i.e. Realtor, Affiliate, Institute Affiliate, etc.)
Status (i.e. Active, Provisional, Inactive, etc)
Office ID (in turn, tied to required fields in Office record – see below)
Preferred Mail/Preferred Publication 1
(used to indicate where magazine should be sent)

License (required when Member Type is Realtor or Realtor Associate) 5

Note: this new field will be accommodated in the current NRDS Demographic record and will not require the associations to change or convert their current database structure in their membership systems.
