Dear Colleagues:

We are both very proud to serve as co-chairs of this fourth American and Canadian AE Institute. We are also very pleased to offer, on behalf of the entire AE Institute Advisory Board, a spectacular program of sessions. We are sure this Institute will carry on the tradition of being a first-rate opportunity for your professional development and an occasion to learn about key industry issues and trends. Many of the sessions will include perspectives and experiences from both sides of the border as there is much we can learn from each other.

In addition, the networking available will consist of the single largest gathering of REALTOR® AEs from both countries! What a great opportunity to renew old acquaintances and make new friends and contacts. When you’re in Quebec City, we hope you will take the time to seek out and meet your peers from across the border.
The 2010 AE Institute Advisory Board developed courses and selected instructors who will help us enhance our members’ success. There will be sessions to help challenge seasoned AEs; sessions that will keep you current amidst the ongoing technology explosion; and sessions designed to motivate you and your association to that next level of association management and customer service.

No Institute would be complete without technology courses. The technology courses will enhance your understanding of social media, including its risks and rewards, teach you how to provide “on-demand” service to your members, how to ensure your systems are secure, and how the latest technology trends can help you work smarter and more efficiently. And it will help you make the most out of one of your association’s biggest assets: the MLS.

You’d be remiss to not take advantage of the resources at your disposal for pursuing the REALTOR® association Certified Executive (RCE) designation. The Institute is the perfect place to get the certification process started.
Look at this on-line brochure and start planning your 2010 AE Institute experience today. And remember, you must have a valid passport to travel between the United States and Canada. We look forward to being with you in Quebec City next April.
