Leadership Luncheon (sponsored by RCE)
Ticketed luncheon held at each national meeting featuring keynote speakers on REALTOR® industry issues.
ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED
$50 each RCEs, candidates, and their guests
$60 each for all others
Plan to Attend the Leadership Luncheon—Attendance at this luncheon earns RCE candidates 5 points on their ADF, and RCE designees 1 recertification point. ALL association executives, volunteer leaders, and members are welcome to attend.

Lifelong learning is a critical element to continued success. The AE Institute Advisory Board and the RCE Certification Board both bring exciting opportunities for you to achieve that success. You'll earn 25 points towards the RCE designation for attending the Institute and take away practical information, share ideas, meet others interested in the designation, and even have some fun!

RCE Exams
The RCE examination is administered twice a year at the REALTORS® Conference & Expo and the AE Institute. RCE candidates may choose to complete the exam during an NAR sponsored meeting, locally online with an RCE proctor (up to four weeks prior to being offered at an NAR meeting), or in conjunction with a local/state sponsored meeting at a pre-arranged time and location. Candidates have the option to take the examination all in one day or by module at different times, in any sequence.
