The Florida Association of REALTORS® seeks a FAR-NAR Activities Coordinator to organize all state, regional and national REALTOR® activities involving Florida members. This person will work closely with FAR’s strategy committee, NAR Directors, the RVP when from Florida. Major responsibilities include:

· Maintains a calendar of all regional and national deadlines for elected/appointed offices, events, committee meetings, notices, invitations to dignitaries; sends notification in a timely fashion
· Coordinates all activities regarding the Regional Vice President selection process including interviews and election
· Collaborates with FAR’s Public Policy office to research and coordinate requests for NAR grant monies and programs to benefit Florida REALTORS®
· Provides assistance to NAR officer candidates via their campaign team including the creation and maintenance of national contact lists
· Coordinates quarterly Florida NAR Directors informational webinars, just prior to the FAR and NAR meetings
· Administers the NAR Committee Appointment process for the NAR Strategy Committee, including a pro-active, future-placement program for Florida volunteers, maintenance of the committee database and timely notification of committee appointments
· Works closely with volunteers and other FAR departments to produce national events that promote Florida’s agenda and result in tangible member benefits
· Provides administrative and growth support for the following NAR affiliate-related FAR groups: Commercial Alliance Committee, Property Management Council, Resort & Second Home Specialists Forum, Appraisal Council, Auction Marketing Council.

Howard County Association of REALTORS® (MD) is seeking an enthusiastic team player to lead its Association.
