David Lauster has been a licensed real estate broker since 1985. He has earned five NAR designations and is the recipient of numerous achievement awards, including CIPS Instructor of the Year in 2005. He teaches all of the CIPS courses and helped write the curriculum for the Africa/Middle East class. He has lived on three continents and is fluent in French, Spanish and German. David was invited to join the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations in 2004. He is now the Branch Chief for Property Acquisitions worldwide and has been involved in the sale, purchase or leasing of housing, land, and commercial space for new embassies and consulates in more than 100 countries.
