While corporate real estate seekers crave predictability and process, tenant representatives seek to understand the business needs driving the real estate establishment. You’ll learn the tools that enable you to separate a clients’ business needs from their real estate needs. Foster will also discuss how to implement the work to meet and exceed the expectation of corporate clients. At the conclusion of the session, you’ll receive templates of the documents discussed so you can add them to your practice with ease.
