NAR Cooperating Association Affiliate Membership Programs
Many of NAR's Cooperating Associations around the world offer affiliate membership to U.S. REALTORS®. Affiliate Membership offers you added exposure to participating countries' referral networks and directories.

| United Kingdom | NAEA | £160/year | Member Overseas (MNAEA Overseas): minimum age of entry 21 years with 3 years experience in estate agency in the country in which they practice, together with membership of an organisation recognised by the NAEA in the country in which they practise.

| United Kingdom | NAEA | £65/year | International Affiliate Member (no designatory letters): non-corporate membership; any person with less than 3 years experience in estate agency and/or less than 21 years of age, and belonging to an organisation recognised by the NAEA in the country in which they practise.
The benefits to overseas members are:
- Free membership of Homelink which is the referral network of the Association giving the member ability to place properties on the Homelink website and also advertise properties in the Homelink magazine. Each member of Homelink would also be shown in the Homelink directory.
- The ability submit articles and photographs to go in the Estate Agent magazine, the Association's in-house magazine.
- To receive the Friday e-mail which goes out to all Corporate Members (to take advantage of this the Secretariat at Warwick need to be advised of the e-mail addresses of the member).
- Corporate Members are able to use their designatory letters on letter headings, business cards and general office stationery. They are also able to display the NAEA logo in their office windows.
- Membership of a body that sets recognised standards for members to adhere to.
- Access to member areas of NAEA.co.uk with news, working guidelines and advice across the property industry.
