| REALTOR® Association Executives Membership in the CIPS Network REALTOR® Association Executives (AEs) may join the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Network. Membership keeps AEs informed of opportunities that help provide important member services of supporting the practice of international real estate in local markets. AE members are included in a special listing in Who’s Who in International Real Estate, the annual membership directory of the CIPS Network. REALTOR® Association Executives (AEs) may join the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Network for a special rate of $50 annually. AEs may also earn the CIPS designation; AE CIPS designees pay $95 annually. AEs interested in joining the CIPS Network should complete the US practitioner application and check the AE box. AE designees must complete all requirements as practitioner designees with the exception of proof of transactions. In addition, they must complete the AE CIPS Administration course, offered in conjunction with the annual AE Institute or on-line at Realtor University. .
