Doing Business in Mexico

This course informs real estate professionals of the opportunities and trends in the Mexican residential (particularly second homes) and commercial real estate markets, and presents the basics of real estate transactions in Mexico when foreigners are involved as buyers, sellers, or salespersons. This class acquaints real estate professionals with social customs and business practices in Mexico, which are also applicable when working with Mexican buyers and sellers in the USA or other countries.

Doing Business in the U.S.
This course familiarizes real estate professionals from other countries with the structure, operation, legal and regulatory environment of the U.S. real estate market. It prepares them to work effectively with U.S. real estate professionals, on a referral basis, to provide quality service and align clients’ expectations with market conditions.
