Advertising Opportunities:
The CIPS Network Directory is the referral "bible" for international real estate. It is provided to 2,500 Network members, nearly 80 bilateral cooperating associations in 56 countries, U.S. embassies around the world, World Trade Centers, selected U.S. chambers of commerce, multinational corporations, relocation companies and other key constituents. The 2008-2009 Directory will be distributed in May 2008.

EXPANDED LISTINGS & DISPLAY ADS IN MEMBER LIST SECTION OF ANNUAL CIPS DIRECTORY
A more extensive version of CIPS Network Members' free standard listing in the back half of the directory where members are listed by country, state and city. CIPS Network Members may pruchase expanded listings that make their contact information and expertise stand out to users of the CIPS Directory.
- Includes your contact information along with a photograph and up to 50 words of promotional text beneath your information.
- Stand out with your promotional text and your photo, all surrounded by a box - similar to the WCR and CRS Directories. (Fonts and photo size of expanded listings are standard and set by CIPS.)

A full, half, or quarter page ad that CIPS Network Members can purchase in addition to the free standard listing. Included in the back half of the directory ("Member List") where members are listed by country, state and city.

- Full page display ad is $750. 7.5" wide by 9.75" tall.

ADVERTISING IN THE GLOBAL PERSPECTIVES IN REAL ESTATE QUARTERLY CIPS NETWORK NEWSLETTER
Advertising Information for the 2008/2009 Global Perspectives Newsletter
Global Perspectives in Real Estate is the quarterly professional newsletter of the CIPS Network. This newly expanded 16-page publication includes global statistics, in-depth analysis on international real estate markets, plus news and data on global, economic and political trends. Also features highlights from international education and networking events. Global Perspectives is mailed to all CIPS Network members, NAR's 70+ international bilateral cooperating associations, local international councils, U.S. Ambassador Associations, the largest REALTOR® Associations around the U.S., and NAR's leadership. Issues are widely distributed at NAR meetings, and at events where NAR is an exhibitor, including real estate tradeshows and expos around the world. Copies are also sent to U.S. and foreign embassies, both in the U.S. and abroad.

To reach NAR's CIPS Network members with information about a specific product or service, or for time-sensitive information, NAR makes available its CIPS Network membership mailing list for one-time use. Self-adhesive mailing labels can be provided for the full Network list (approx. 2,000), or for U.S. residents only (1,500). NAR reserves the right to approve contents of mailing.
