This fall, REALTORS® have an outstanding opportunity to network with Mexican and U.S. Real Estate Professionals aboard a cruise of Mexico's scenic west coast!
After last year's success, AMPI is raising the bar with the most exciting congress yet: eight days and seven nights on the Carnival Pride. The cruise will depart from Los Angeles on October 28th with stops in Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Los Cabos - three of Mexico's "hot spots" for real estate, tourism and second homes!

- 4:00-6:00pm, CCIM Education Session: "Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate" - Learn in this session some of the financial analysis concepts and calculations that will help you make sound commercial investment real estate decisions for you and your clients: Use the T-bar to calculate investments; identify components of the Cash Flow Model; calculate compounding and discounting; define, calculate, and interpret measures of investment performance.

In addition, learn to calculate the cost of leasing versus the cost of owning a commercial property to help you, and your clients, make the right decisions.
