International Real Estate Conference and Expo

After many years of sharing a memorandum of friendly of cooperation, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the China Real Estate Association (CREA) signed a Bilateral Agreement.
On September 9, 2004, NAR President Walter McDonald and CREA President Yang Shen signed the Agreement. Ziufeng Liu, the Deputy Minister of Ministry of Construction was present along with major Chinese live media broadcasting. More than 150 real estate professionals from China, South Korea and the United States witnessed the signing ceremony.
This Bilateral Agreement is significant because it recognizes China - one of the major economic engines in the world - as a partner in NAR’s global family of 62 real estate associations in 51 countries.
