WALK AROUND AND ENJOY SAN DIEGO!
The location of the San Diego Convention Center is perfectly positioned to offer quick and easy access to beaches, restaurants and shops, Gaslamp Quarter, and public transportation.
We recommend:
1. Wear comfortable shoes and prepare for temperatures in the mid-60's.
2. Take time when you arrive to get your bearings. Where is your room tower in relation to the main entrance? to Conference shuttle entrance? Noting visual landmarks can help!
4. Note: When attending the Conference & Expo, taxis should drop you off at the San Diego Convention Center.

Hotel Room Deposit
A room deposit must accompany your hotel reservation request. Credit cards will be charged for hotel deposits when reservation is processed. If mailed, make checks payable to NAR 'Conference 2009'.
Cancellation* and Transfer Policy
Before Oct. 15: Conference Registration Fee will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Hotel Deposit refunded in full.
Oct. 15 up to 72 hours before arrival: No refund of Conference Registration Fees Hotel Deposit refunded less a $24 processing fee.
Less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival: Hotels typically require cancellation prior to 72 hours of arrival date to receive any refund of deposit. Check your EXPERIENT confirmation for your assigned hotel’s specific policy.
*All cancellations must be made in writing.
