ONE DAY FEES
One-Day fees give you access to the Conference Program on the day you select plus access to the Trade Expo on ALL FOUR days it is open.
TRADE EXPO ONLY
The Trade Expo Only Pass gives you daily access to all four days of the Expo, November 7-10. Does not include Conference sessions or any special events.
NON-INDUSTRY SPOUSE OR GUEST
Register your non-real estate industry spouse or guest, so they can join you at the General Session, Celebrity Concert, REALTORS® Night Out at Universal Studios, and exploring Expo. A registered non-industry spouse or guest will also get four Fun Bucks that they can use toward the purchase of tours of Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center.

BADGES
Register by Oct. 7 and receive your badge and tickets in the mail. Oct. 7 is the advance cutoff date for purchasing Optional & Guest Fun Buck Tours, Inaugural Celebration, and International Night Out tickets. After Oct. 7, pick up your badge at Will Call at Orange County Convention Center.
Canadian and other International attendees: To avoid potential postal delays, badges will not be mailed. You can pick up your badge at NAR International Registration at the Orange County Convention Center.

CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY
Before Oct. 10: Conference Registration Fee will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Hotel Deposit refunded in full.
Oct. 10 up to 72 hours before arrival: No refund of Conference Registration Fees Hotel Deposit refunded less $19 processing fee.
Less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival: Hotels typically require cancellation prior to 72 hours of arrival date to receive any refund of deposit. Check your EXPERIENT confirmation for your assigned hotel’s specific policy.
All cancellations must be made in writing.

Conference Registration Transfer Policy
All registration transfers must be made by 10/10/2008. Requests after that date must be made on-site at NAR's Regstration Assistance Counter. Bring original registrant's credentials.
