While cruising, you will enjoy a dinner buffet of traditional New Orleans cuisine sure to satisfy everyone’s appetite. To keep the party “rolling” along, you can dance all evening to the great sounds of your own live jazz band! This will be a truly unforgettable evening.

Dinner Menu: Garden Salad, Chicken Toulouse (tender chicken breasts slow cooked in a reduction of white wine, shallots and finished with fresh rosemary), Chef's Carving Station (Chef's selection of carved meats based on prime choice of the day), Catfish Creole with Spanish Rice, Restoration Rotini (Tri-colored rotini tossed in a New Orleans bordelaise made with Abita Restoration Ale, butter and garlic), Corn Maque Choux, Fresh Market Vegetables, New Orleans Bread Pudding, Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownies, Assorted Breads and Dinner Rolls, Coffee, Tea and Water

  • Transportation to and from Toulouse Wharf is not included.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not included.

Fee: $73.00 per adult; $34.00 per child (ages 6-12)

Tickets for this tour will be available online through the conference registration between May 7 and October 17. After October 17, tickets must be purchased on site, pending space availability.
