|2016 TOUR & ATTRACTION TICKETS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ToursEach tour includes round-trip transportation, all admission fees, guides, taxes and gratuities, unless noted otherwise.
Attraction TicketsAttraction tickets do not include transportation to/from the venue or food and beverage. It is strictly an admission ticket. Tickets may be used between October 31, 2016 and November 12, 2016 and can be shipped in advance for a nominal fee, or picked up on site at the Tours & Attractions desk in the Orange County Convention Center West.
Advance Tour Ticket SalesEach tour ticket U.S. attendees purchase online in advance (prior to October 14 at 5:00pm CT) should be picked up at NAR Registration onsite with badges and other important materials. You must present your tour ticket when boarding the tour bus.
Advance Fun Buck Attraction Ticket SalesAn exchange voucher will be issued for attraction tickets that attendees purchase in advance with Fun Bucks (prior to October 14 at 5:00pm CT). Exchange vouchers should be picked up at NAR Registration onsite with badges and other important materials. You MUST present your exchange voucher at the Tours & Attractions Desk onsite to receive your actual attraction ticket for admission. The exchange voucher will not be accepted at any of the venues, just the admission ticket.
Advance Attraction Ticket Sales with Credit CardThose wishing to purchase attraction tickets with credit card, including the discounted afternoon attraction tickets for Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando® and SeaWorld®, should do so through Capitol Services of Florida, Inc.'s (NAR's official destination management company) website by October 14 at 5:00pm CT.
Onsite Tour & Attraction Ticket SalesYou can purchase tour and attraction tickets (pending availability) on site at the Tours & Attractions Desk in the Orange County Convention Center West. On-site tour and attraction tickets are not refundable and subject to availability. On-site tour tickets will increase in price by $5.00 per ticket.
Payment OnsiteYou may use American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, personal check or cash to purchase tour and attraction tickets onsite.
Fun BucksFriends & Family Fun Bucks are non-transferable.
May be used to purchase no more than one ticket per tour.
Cannot be used towards the purchase of a tour in conjunction with cash, check or credit card.
Onsite, you cannot redeem Fun Bucks without presenting your official conference badge.
The name on the badge MUST match the name on the Fun Bucks being redeemed.
Refunds & ExchangesAll requests for refunds and/or exchanges to tour ticket orders or attraction tickets purchased with Fun Bucks have to be received by October 14, 2016. Please send to: NAR@experient-inc.com
Attraction tickets purchased through this website are non-refundable.
Tour & Attraction Tickets CancellationsTours will not be cancelled because of rain.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour if tour minimums are not met. If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund.
Tours are subject to cancellation due to environmental concerns. In the event of cancellation, tickets will be refunded.
