TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ToursEach tour includes round-trip transportation, all admission fees, guides, taxes and gratuities unless noted otherwise.
Advance Tour Ticket SalesEach tour ticket U.S. attendees purchase in advance (prior to November 1 at 5:00pm CT) should be picked up at NAR Registration onsite with badges and other important materials. You must present your tour ticket when boarding the tour bus.
Cable Car Ticket SalesAn exchange voucher will be issued for each cable car ticket that attendees purchase in advance (prior to November 1 at 5:00pm CT). Exchange vouchers should be picked up at NAR Registration onsite with badges and other important materials. You must present your exchange voucher at the Tours Desk onsite to receive your cable car pass.
Onsite Tour Ticket SalesYou can purchase tour and cable car tickets (pending availability) onsite at the Tours Desk in Moscone Center South, Mezzanine. Onsite tour and cable car tickets are not refundable and subject to availability.
Payment OnsiteYou may use cash or American Express, MasterCard, or Visa cards to purchase tour and cable car tickets onsite.
Fun BucksFriends & Family Fun Bucks are non-transferable.
May be used to purchase no more than one ticket per tour.
Cannot be used towards the purchase of a tour in conjunction with cash, check or credit card.
Onsite, you cannot redeem Fun Bucks without presenting your official conference badge.
The name on the badge MUST match the name on the Fun Bucks being redeemed.
Refunds & ExchangesAll requests for refunds and/or exchanges to tour ticket orders have to be received by November 1, 2013.

Tour and Unused Fun BucksAttendees who purchased tickets by November 1, 2013 should visit NAR Registration to pick up their tour tickets and any unused Fun Bucks.
Tour & Attraction Tickets CancellationsTours will not be cancelled because of rain or inclement weather.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour if tour minimums are not met. If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund.
Tours are subject to cancellation due to environmental concerns. In the event of cancellation, tickets will be refunded.
