Judith Lindenau RCE Scholarship

Purpose

Recipients will receive up to $600 to cover the expense of submitting the RCE applicant data form (ADF - $395) and the one-time certification fee ($205).

Who was Judith Lindenau

Judith Lindenau, RCE, was executive vice president of the Traverse Area Association of REALTORS®, MI, from 1978 to 2007, and a recipient of the William R. Magel Award of Excellence. Judith was a charter member of the RCE Certification Advisory Board who made many lasting contributions to the RCE designation.

Eligibility

You are eligible to apply if you are a full- or part-time employee of a local or state association of REALTORS®, a business which is, directly or indirectly, wholly owned by one or more REALTOR® associations, or a regional multiple listing service owned by a REALTOR® association. 

Qualified candidates must demonstrate financial need, professional development initiative, must have successfully completed the REALTOR® Association Management Self Study Course, and meet other criteria listed on the application.

Nomination Procedures

The nomination form for the Judith Lindenau RCE Scholarship will open in August 2024. Nomination forms are submitted online.

Selection Timeline

Scholarship recipients will be selected in October and candidates must submit their ADF no later than December 1 of the year the scholarship is awarded.
