REBAC (Real Estate Buyers Agent Council) The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) is a wholly-owned affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. There are more than 35,000 active members of the organization world-wide. The licensing agreement is designed to allow the sponsor to generate net revenue from the program while offering a valuable educational program.
