Day 1 of a two day course. Tap into the immigrant niche, take advantage of the growth of foreign investment in U.S. real estate, increase your earning potential, and expand your networking opportunities. The course also discusses currency issues, investment trends, the impact of immigration, government regulations, and cross-cultural relationships. NOTE: Students need to bring a calculator to this class. In addition to being the prerequisite course for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, you will earn the At Home with Diversity certification and elective credit toward the ABR and CRS designations and the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist certification. Day 2 is Tuesday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
