Morning session (8:30am-12:30pm) Association Executives may attend with their attorneys.

SEMINAR CONTENT will include updates on litigation issues and timely legal topics such as professional standards, MLS, fair housing, privacy, ADA, tax and IP laws.

SEMINAR SPEAKERS scheduled to appear include General Counsel, Laurie Janik, and Associate General Counsel, Ralph Holmen, and special guest, John Read, from the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
